All three are real. I was born in Scotland and built my career in London and the southeast of England, I have a Dallas anchor serving the US, and I live in Valencia, my base for Europe. The real advantage is the combination: I understand how each market buys, and I can help you sell across them.

I share the exact figure after a short call, once I know what actually needs doing.
